This form allows you to register upto 4 children with your email and address details so that we can contact you if necessary and deliver the crafts to you. Once you press the submit button at the bottom of the form you will brought back to this page where you can then click on the payment button. This will take you to a payment page where there are payment options for 1,2, 3 or 4 children. If you need to register and pay for more that four children then please submit an additional form and payment for them.
