1. When people look at me do they see something of Christ?

2. Can people trust my words?

3. Have I said things this week which I regret and would love to retract?

4. Are my relationships pure and sincere?

5. Do I make allowances for my own failings, but not for the failings of others?

6. Do I need to apologise to anyone?

7. Am I withholding forgiveness from anyone?

8. Do I try to put myself at God’s disposal and at His service in all of my life?

9. How much have I brought God into my thinking, planning and doing this week?

10. Do I allow God’s Word to shape my life and thoughts?

11. What place do I give to prayer each day?

12. Do I really care about people - family, at work, in my neighbourhood, further afield, the suffering and deprived?

13. Do I give responsibly, willingly - time, talents, as well as money?

14. Would I be prepared to stand up for Christ anywhere?

15. Did I really worship God last Sunday, or just go through the form of service?

16. Has the television taken up too much of my time this week?

17. Can I listen to other Christian workers being praised and not be jealous?

18. Can I be constructively criticised and not resent the criticism?

19. What do I honestly regard as ‘getting on in life’? Is it in terms of Christian maturity or of possessions and success?
