Church in the Field - or taking Jesus to a car boot.
We try to meet with people who are non-Christians wherever they might be. As one of our outreach activities we therefore go regularly to the local car boot sale. We take only the basics with us and look forward to wherever our conversations with people might take us.
We have simple literature and offer it to those prepared to take it.

Being a Christian is ....
about a relationship - a relationship with the one living and true God
Becoming a Christian is .....
about entering a new relationship with a God who offers you His presence, power and a new assurance with which to face the future.
It is not ....
about keeping rules and regulations, performing rituals or even going to church.
You are created by God
Created to know and love him
ou are separated from God
Sin prevents a relationship with God. Sin is living your life your own way; independently of God
You are loved by God
Loved so much that He has dealt with your separation. He did this by sending Jesus Christ, his Son, to die instead of us
You can know God
Know him even though he is God-all-powerful
How to start the relationship
Talk to God. Ask forgiveness for living independently of Him
and offer them or you a simple contact .....
